FERN LOOP
Built in 2022, the owners benefited from all the innovations we developed in our earlier homes. We always start with careful placement of the house on the lot based on the owner’s goals. In this case, we designed a smaller log home to fit the owner’s vision and need for a personal use-only retirement home. The house is designed for single floor living on the main floor, while guest bedrooms upstairs provide privacy for everyone, with plenty of space and baths for all. Built in just 7 months, Fern Loop demonstrates our philosophy to “Focus and Build” each family’s home without delay. We have our families in their homes in 7 months, allowing them to generate rental income if they choose to do so.
